How to Book
The Penola Pool may be booked for school, sporting and community groups or private parties outside of public opening hours. Exclusive use of the pool is not granted during public opening times. Proof of public liability insurance must be provided at the time of booking.
The hire fee includes one Council lifeguard per 100 patrons and testing of the water prior to hire. If you wish to provide your own qualified lifeguard, you will need to provide additional information for your booking.
Hot showers are also available at Penola for $1 per 2 minutes and patrons are asked to bring their own change for showers.
Please note the pool will only be open if the day's forecasted temperature as advised by the Bureau of Meteorology at 9 am is above 20 degrees. Extended opening hours may apply when the temperature is over 30 degrees. On these nights, the pool will be open until 8.30 pm or until the last patron leaves, whichever comes first.
